Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution tv program scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some <a href="http://www.healthyrecipe.org/rice_chickpea_tuna_and_egg_salad/" rel="nofollow">healthy recipe</A> like these at home if we're going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it's the first time my family has eaten well in so long, I just feel wonderful. Actually i know all about that bill and did reference it as the so called "food safety" bill. it's a sham and made to take over our food production even more and give FDA even greater power than it already has (and more money, and manpower) to go around harassing small farmers while things like the egg recall for salmonella will continue to be swept under the rug and no improvements made to the mass production food facilities to improve cleanliness and sanitation much less address the super bugs created by mass feeding of antibiotic in feeds to these factory farmed animals in order for them to survive the dismal and disgusting conditions they live in. but that's a post for another day to do it justice.
